UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a global customer-facing digital platform for our Retail & Consumer Products business. The role follows a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and is based in Warsaw, Poland or Barcelona, Spain.

You will drive program governance, coordinate multi-site teams, manage risks, and interact with senior leadership to deliver complex IT initiatives with strong ROI considerations.

Qualifications

• Over ten years of project management experience running large-scale, distributed projects with multiple parallel threads of work.
• Experience developing, evaluating and submitting business cases for major capital investments.
• Experience with cross geographical project coordination and management.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required; ITIL Foundations preferred but not required.

• Deliver projects within budget and schedule while meeting requirements.
• Track milestones and advise leadership on adjustments.
• Plan the program lifecycle through requirements, development, testing, and QA.
