Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO to support governance and portfolio visibility across multiple IT initiatives in Spain. The role covers coordination, reporting and monitoring of parallel projects spanning ticketing, security software and other business-critical IT programs.

You will produce executive dashboards and KPI packs for senior stakeholders, organise governance meetings and help with budgeting and forecast tracking.

Formación

• 3–5 years in PMO/Project Management Support within IT environments.
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a portfolio environment.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects, tracking milestones and allocation of resources.
• Identify risks, delays and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Maintain project documentation including RAID logs and change registers.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and project reviews.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings with action follow-ups.
