ASTEK Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO to support governance, coordination and reporting for multiple projects across its Spanish operations. The role covers ticketing, security software and other IT initiatives, requiring collaboration with local IT teams and external partners.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, prepare dashboards and steering materials, and ensure timely governance packs for committees, while maintaining documentation and supporting budget tracking.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of PMO/Project Coordination experience in IT.
• Experience producing executive dashboards and reports.
• Experience with governance activities and steering committees.
• Experience with Agile and traditional PM methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects and track milestones.
• Identify risks, delays and dependencies.
• Prepare executive status reports and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings and actions with stakeholders.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast tracking.
