ASTEK Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO to coordinate, monitor and report on several parallel projects in a cross-functional setting. You will produce executive dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders and support governance materials for steering committees.

You should bring 3–5 years in PMO/PM coordination in IT, fluency in Spanish and English, and comfort with Agile and traditional methodologies across international teams.

Formación

• 3–5 years of PMO/Project Coordination experience in IT.
• Experience producing executive reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong governance experience with steering committees and status reviews.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methods.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects, tracking milestones and resources.
• Identify risks, delays and dependencies and elevate them to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documents: RAID logs, change registers, action trackers, minutes.
• Produce executive status reports and KPI dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance packs for steering committees and review meetings.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings and track action follow-ups.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast vs. actual tracking.
• Coordinate with local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
