Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO to support governance, portfolio visibility and cross-functional project coordination across Spain. You will coordinate multiple IT initiatives, prepare executive dashboards and assist steering committees, with strong emphasis on risk management and timely reporting.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, and a background in both Agile and traditional PM methodologies, working with distributed teams.

Formación

• 3–5 years of PMO, Project Coordinator or PMO Support experience in IT.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects within a portfolio environment.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong governance experience with steering committees and status reviews.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deliverables, schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays and dependencies affecting project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, change registers, action trackers and meeting minutes.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and project review meetings.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation repositories.
• Act as a coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
