Astek Iberia is seeking an IT PMO to support governance and portfolio visibility across multiple IT initiatives in Spain.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, maintain RAID logs and run executive reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PMO/Project Management Support in IT, experience with Agile and traditional methodologies, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 3–5 years PMO/Project Support in IT environments.
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a portfolio.
• Experience producing executive reporting and dashboards.
• Experience governance activities and steering committees.
• Good understanding of Agile and traditional PM.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects, tracking milestones and resources.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Maintain project documentation including RAID logs and change registers.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings and follow-up actions.
