Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO to support governance, reporting, and monitoring across several IT initiatives in Spain. The role involves coordinating with local IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and clear visibility of the project portfolio.

You will produce executive reports, maintain RAID and governance artifacts, and support budget tracking in a cross-functional environment with Agile and traditional methodologies.

Formación

• 3–5 years of PMO/Project Coordination experience in IT environments.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously within a portfolio.
• Experience producing executive reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Strong governance support experience for steering committees and reviews.
• Good understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects, tracking milestones, deliverables, schedules and resources.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays and dependencies impacting delivery.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, change registers, action trackers and minutes.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and reviews.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings with follow-up on actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage departmental documentation repositories and coordinate with local IT teams and partners.
