Astek Iberia is seeking an IT PMO to support governance and portfolio visibility across multiple IT initiatives in Spain. You will coordinate, monitor milestones, risks and dependencies, and produce executive dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Fluent Spanish and English, 3–5 years of PMO experience in IT, and ability to work with international teams are required; Azure DevOps familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of PMO, project coordinator or PM support experience in IT.
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a portfolio environment.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong governance activity support for steering committees and reviews.
• Experience with both Agile and traditional project management.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects, tracking milestones and resources.
• Identify risks, delays and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Maintain project documentation including RAID logs and meeting minutes.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Prepare governance materials for steering committees and reviews.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings with action follow-ups.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast vs. actual tracking.
• Coordinate with local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
