ASTEK Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO to coordinate, report and monitor several IT initiatives in its Spanish operations.

You will support governance, prepare dashboards and executive packs, manage risks, and liaise with local IT teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• 3–5 years of PMO/Project Management Support in IT environments.
• Experience supporting multiple IT projects and governance processes.
• Strong reporting, dashboards and management presentation skills.
• Experience with agile and traditional PM methodologies.
• Experience with international and distributed teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects, tracking milestones and resources.
• Identify risks, delays and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and RAID logs.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Prepare governance packs for steering committees and reviews.
• Organise project meetings and action follow-ups.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast vs. actual tracking.
• Coordinate between local IT teams, stakeholders and external partners.
