Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish and/or Catalan.
• 2+ years of Level 1/2 end-user support.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to employees in a timely manner.
• Support deployment, maintenance, monitoring, upgrade and operation of IT hardware, software and applications.
• Deliver technical support for Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, printers and other devices.
• Support help desk operations and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Collaborate with European IT team on improvements and cost-effective solutions.
• Support IT projects and change initiatives.
• Deliver user training and promote adoption of digital tools.
• Develop preventive maintenance activities and operational procedures.
