Formación

• 1–2 years in IT support or cloud operations.
• Fluent English is mandatory for communication.
• Strong documentation habits and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support for global users.
• Assist with operational support in AWS, Google Workspace, and Azure AD.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation.

Conocimientos

Familiarity with AWS services

Basic Linux command-line experience
