Eurofins is seeking a multilingual Service Desk Engineer in Barcelona, Spain. You will be the first point of contact for IT support across Europe, handling 1st line issues for over 20,000 users across 500 sites.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Windows, identity management, printing, and more in a hybrid Barcelona-based position with in-office requirements. You will join a dynamic, international team, providing high-quality service, contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing, and growing

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or End User Support role.
• Strong communication in English, French, and Spanish.
• Solid troubleshooting skills with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Customer service mindset and initiative to resolve issues efficiently.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st line IT support for end users across Europe.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and identity management.
• Register, classify, and follow up on tickets; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and service catalog improvements.
• Identify and document workarounds and recurring issues.
