Job summary

MSX International is expanding its TA team in Madrid and seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with regional stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. You will lead sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and drive process improvements for efficient hiring across European markets.

The role requires excellent English and near-native French, plus at least 2 years in recruitment, ideally in an international company or shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience in international or shared services HR.
• Experience using ATS systems such as SmartRecruiters or SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialist to identify position requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Identify sourcing strategies (posting, active searching, talent pipeline).
• Screen candidates and guide them through the selection process.
• Improve candidate experience and ensure data protection compliance.
• Meet hiring metrics such as timeliness, quality, and candidate communications.
