Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across our client’s GTM and sales functions in Madrid. This hybrid role requires presence in the Madrid office three days a week and focuses on delivering fast, high-quality hires.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, optimise recruitment processes, and drive strategic sourcing across both passive and active talent pools. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring.
• Fluent Spanish & English.
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders.
• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools.
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused.
• Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client.

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Hybrid in Madrid
We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.
It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.
This is a hybrid role with some office time in Madrid (3 days per week).
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
