MSX International is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our in-house European team in Madrid. You will partner with regional stakeholders to define recruitment needs, source top talent, and screen candidates to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment in an international automotive environment, leveraging ATS tools and best practices to attract diverse, qualified candidates while maintaining compliance and timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years' experience in Recruitment in an international setting.
• Experience with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters and/or SuccessFactors).
• Results-oriented with focus on key outcomes.
• Process-driven mindset with emphasis on efficiency and improvement.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to identify position requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Identify sourcing strategies (posting, active searching, talent pipelines).
• Screen candidates and guide them through the selection process.
• Improve the candidate experience continuously.
• Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
• Meet key metrics such as timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
