Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for diversified positions across the business in Madrid. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to source, screen, and onboard talent, ensuring a great candidate experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Hybrid work requires 2-3 visits to the Madrid office after onboarding. The role benefits from English and French language skills, strong KPI delivery, and experience with ATS systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering against recruitment KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills in French (both written and verbal).
• Experience in ATS systems (SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors advantageous).
• Results oriented: know what to prioritise to achieve outcomes.
• Process driven mindset with focus on guidelines and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment for diversified positions across the business.

• Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Create targeted job advertisements and employer branding content.
• Manage candidate data in ATS and HRIS systems.
• Coordinate interview loops, assessments and offer management.
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Support onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Liaise with senior recruiters on complex roles.
• Build candidate experience through proactive communication.
• Identify and propose selection process improvements.

Job description

We are MSX International, the leading global provider of technology-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO) services for automotive manufacturers. Actively partnering with our regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improving the effectiveness of the selection while providing a great candidate experience. You will also be the first point of contact for the European Hiring Managers and/or Local HR managers when it comes to defining recruitment needs, sourcing, and screening approach and improving the process.

Hybrid: 2-3 times in the Madrid office (after 1.5 month of onboarding)

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering against recruitment KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills in French (both written and verbal)
• At least 3-4 years' experience in Recruitment preferably in an international company and/or shared services HR function.
• Experience in ATS systems. (Smartrecruiters, Success Factors would be advantageous)
• Results oriented: ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them.
• Process driven mindset: you believe in guidelines and efficiency, follow the process and suggest ideas for continuously improving.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes.
