Job summary

Wabtec Corporation in Spain seeks an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an integrated management system across quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy areas. You will oversee audits, manage CAPAs, and ensure compliance with IRIS 22163 and ISO standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, health & safety, environmental management, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ISO IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
• Lead internal and external audits, plan and close corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance across quality, health, safety, environmental and energy management.
• Promote health and safety culture and manage incident control and KPIs.
• Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams for risk and opportunity management.
