Tamarind Intelligence in Coslada, Madrid, seeks an Inside Sales Support professional to assist Area Sales Managers, distributors, and customers with enquiries, quotations, orders, and communications. You will coordinate events, trainings, and trade shows while supporting marketing, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, deliver remote and onsite support, and manage sales materials and reporting.

Formación

• Experience with MS Office applications (Access, Excel, Word).
• Experience of SAP/Oracle or other ERP system.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

We are looking for a professional who provides internal and external sales support for the EMEIA Sales Division. Consults Product & Sales Management on their needs and offers creative ideas to support business growth. Maintains information for lead tracking & marketing databases.

Responsibilities

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales/ technical sales and/or service-oriented environment (knowledge of compressed air or related sectors).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including effective telephone communication.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken - level B2
