Ingersoll Rand plc in Madrid seeks an internal/external sales support specialist for the EMEIA region. You will assist Area Sales Managers, distributors and customers with enquiries, quotations, orders, and communications, and coordinate events and trainings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, 3+ years in sales or service environments, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Fluency in English is essential. This is a hybrid role with on-site and remote work options.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in a sales/technical sales or service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication; ability to work under pressure.

We are looking for a professional who provides internal and external sales support for the EMEIA Sales Division. Consults Product & Sales Management on their needs and offers creative ideas to support business growth. Maintains information for lead tracking & marketing databases.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications / Key Competencies

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)
• Experience of SAP/Oracle or other ERP system
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent organizational skills

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales/ technical sales and/or service-oriented environment (knowledge of compressed air or related sectors).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including effective telephone communication.
