NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and restore services while meeting SLA targets.

This entry-level role requires ability to communicate across cultures, basic networking knowledge (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba), and a proactive approach to incident management across remote environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as (but not limited to) Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilités

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Ensures usage of knowledge articles in incident diagnosis and resolution and assists with updates as required.
• Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintains records.
• Analyses service records against SLAs to identify actions and initiates them.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to procedures.
