NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our global team. This entry-level role delivers remote technical support, identifies and resolves incidents, and ensures SLA compliance while communicating effectively with clients across cultures.

The position emphasizes incident management, knowledge application, and collaboration with internal teams to restore services quickly and maintain client trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA) preferred.
• Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed).

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify/resolve incidents.
• Investigate problems using service assurance tools and document resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain records and configuration items (CIs) and ensure security of assets.
