Job summary

You will use consultative selling to recommend the right cruise, itinerary and cabin, handling objections and aiming to close sales.

The role emphasizes driving conversion and revenue, upselling where possible, and maintaining an accurate CRM and sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, consultative selling or commercial roles.
• Commercial mindset and target orientation.
• Confidence in handling objections and guiding customers toward a decision.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
• English native level required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Full right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound sales enquiries via phone.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right cruise, itinerary and cabin.
• Manage objections and confidently close sales.
