MSC Cruises in Valencia seeks an Inbound Sales Representative to convert interested customers into booked cruises. You will combine consultative selling with product knowledge to identify needs, propose the best cruise and cabin, and close sales.

Formación

Experience in sales, consultative selling or commercial roles.
Commercial mindset and target orientation.
Confidence in handling objections and guiding customers towards a decision.
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
Native-level German is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Full right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

Handle in-bound sales enquiries via phone.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right cruise, itinerary and cabin.
Manage objections and confidently close sales.
Drive conversion, revenue and upselling.
Follow up with customers and develop repeat business.
Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
Own your individual sales performance and build your earnings through performance.
