MSC Cruises in Valencia is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to turn customer interest into confirmed bookings. You will speak with customers who have shown interest, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on cruises, itineraries and cabins.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, product knowledge and delivering a premium customer experience while driving revenue. Working hours are rotating, including mornings and some weekends, in Valencia, Spain.

Formación

• Experience in sales, consultative selling or commercial roles.
• Commercial mindset and target orientation.
• Confidence in handling objections and guiding customers toward a decision.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
• English native level is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Full right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right cruise, itinerary and cabin.
• Manage objections and confidently close sales.
• Drive conversion, revenue and upselling.
• Follow up with customers and develop repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
• Own your individual sales performance and earnings through performance.
