MSC Cruises in Valencia is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to convert interested inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will handle calls, understand customer needs, and recommend the right cruise, itinerary and cabin, while driving revenue through upselling and follow-ups.

Formación

• Experience in sales, consultative selling or commercial roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and guide customers toward a decision.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
• Spanish native level; other languages are a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right cruise, itinerary and cabin.
• Manage objections and confidently close sales.
• Drive conversion, revenue and upselling.
• Follow up with customers and develop repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
