GoodWe Europe in Madrid seeks a Solution Manager to support the local team, distributors, and installers. You will collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to drive service excellence and customer loyalty.

You will lead technical support, conduct trainings (online and in-person), analyze C&I projects, and push service improvements across regions for stronger customer satisfaction.

Formación

• A technical background with a degree or professional certification in a related field.
• Enthusiastic about technology and contributing to growth in Europe.
• A passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical roles, ideally in engineering.
• Enjoys cross-border collaboration with international teams and customers.
• Structured, results-oriented approach with strong customer service focus.
• Customer oriented mindset; fluency in Spanish and English.
• Any other European language is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct technical support to GoodWe distributors and installers.
• Analyse C&I projects to offer the best solutions.
• Conduct customer training sessions, online and in-person.
• Collaborate with the regional team.
• Proactively enhance service processes and tools to boost customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Support training for internal team, distributors and key installers.
