Red Hat is seeking a Regional Services Senior Manager for Iberia to lead Consulting, Learning and Technical Account Management across Iberia within the Southern Europe region. You will align with Sales, Tech Sales and Partners to secure successful project delivery and drive GTM service opportunities.

You will manage the Iberia services P&L, develop talent within your team, and ensure capacity planning and profitability in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Formación

• Extensive expertise in delivering strategic consulting services and driving client success.
• Experience building and leading a business team in a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of software professional services and revenue-based reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for services delivery in Iberia; manage revenue, margin, and utilization targets.
• Grow bookings and revenue by guiding services opportunities across accounts and countries.
• Lead and develop a regional team of People Managers, GTM Architects, and Project Managers.
