GoodWe is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Iberia to build and maintain relationships with installers and distributors. You will guide customers with product and technical support, onboard new accounts, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure long-term satisfaction.

The role focuses on driving customer loyalty, optimizing processes, and identifying new sales opportunities for the GW Sales Manager across Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in Customer Success or similar.
• Strong understanding of customer service and retention best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with B2B relationships in energy/technical sectors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with installers and distribution partners (meetings, trainings, events).
• Coordinate with technical team for onboarding and kickoff meetings.
• Establish and maintain customer service policies and best practices.
• Provide high-level technical and product support to customers.
• Analyze and optimize processes to improve customer experience with our software.
