GoodWe is seeking a Customer Success Manager Iberia (m/f/d) to build strong relationships with installers and distributors while ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction. You will guide customers with product and technical support, coordinate onboarding with the technical team, and drive service excellence across the Iberian network.

The role requires 3+ years in customer success, a technical background in electrical engineering or similar, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in Customer Success or similar roles.
• Technical background, e.g. Electrical Engineering or qualified electrician.
• Experience in solar, PV, inverters, energy storage, or utilities is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and retention best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with B2B customers, installers and distributors.
• Coordinate with the technical team for onboarding and kickoff meetings.
• Establish and maintain customer service policies and best practices.
• Provide high-level technical and product support.
• Analyze and optimize processes to improve software experience.
• Identify new sales opportunities and pass leads to Sales Manager.
• Organize training programs for customers.
• Handle complaints and proactively improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams.
• Work with local Sales Manager, organize meetings and visits with partners.
