ARTO is seeking a National Sales Manager (Team Leader) for Iberia in Dermatology- Immunology. The role focuses on growing Spain's market with potential expansion into Portugal, leading a field-based team and managing key hospital and healthcare relationships.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial roles within Life Sciences, deep knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system, and a proven track record in market development and strategic account leadership.

Formación

• University degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of commercial experience, including sales leadership.
• Experience or familiarity with Dermatology/Immunology markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% across Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the Iberia sales strategy.
• Set objectives for the sales team and drive revenue against targets.
• Identify priority customer groups and territory/account plans.
• Lead, mentor and develop the local sales team.
• Maintain CRM data and provide forecasts and updates.
