Job summary

Almirall is seeking a Pharmacies Sales Representative to promote and sell our dermatology portfolio to pharmacies across the assigned territory in Spain. You will build strong pharmacist relationships, support in-store promotions, and train pharmacy staff while aligning with regional campaigns.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field and at least 3 years in field-based sales or a commercial role, with travel within territory and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a field-based sales or commercial role, preferably within healthcare, FMCG, retail or other customer-facing industries.
• Experience in the pharmacy channel is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to pharmacies, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
• Implement point-of-sale (POS) strategies and promotional activities to boost product visibility.
• Provide product training and support to pharmacy teams.
• Monitor sell-out data, stock levels, and competitor activity.
• Ensure proper placement and visibility of products and promotional materials.
• Report field activity, insights, and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to align local execution with national campaigns.
