Job summary

STERIS IMS is seeking a Sales Manager for the Iberia region to lead the development and performance of all sales activities in Spain and Portugal. You will manage key accounts to grow business and report to the Sales Director – IMS, EMEA.

The role focuses on advancing the IMS offering, managing CRM and pipelines, pursuing new opportunities, responding to tenders, and building relationships with senior customers to deliver service excellence in surgical instrument repair and related products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare services.
• Strong computer literacy with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Proven ability to develop and manage commercial relationships and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform all sales activities in the Iberia region.
• Manage existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
• Support IMS commercial strategy within the region and execute regional plans.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and key opinion leaders to expand market share.
• Prepare quotations and tenders, and manage CRM and pipeline.
