Job summary

Almirall is expanding its dermatology-focused sales team in Navarra, Spain. The Pharmacies Sales Representative promotes and sells our product portfolio to pharmacies within the assigned territory, builds strong relationships with pharmacists, and drives sell-out through tailored in-store strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field-based sales or a commercial role in healthcare, FMCG, retail or similar.
• Experience in pharmacy channel is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to pharmacies, aligning with commercial strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacists and staff.
• Implement POS strategies and promotions to boost visibility.
• Provide product training and support to pharmacy teams.
• Monitor sell-out data, stock levels, and competitor activity.
• Ensure proper placement and visibility of products and promotions.
• Report field activity, insights, and opportunities using CRM tools.
