Planet is seeking a Partner Reconciliation Specialist to support back-office functions for transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting on global electronic card processing. You will perform daily reconciliations, analyze exceptions, and produce reports for banks, clients, and card schemes.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and strong Excel skills, with a hybrid work arrangement offered.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with portfolio monitoring of transaction processing issues and analyze anomalies.
• Perform daily reconciliations of transaction activity and resolve outages.
• Create, execute and analyse reports for business-impacting issues and provide insights to banks and card schemes.
• Collaborate with global Technical and Operations teams to improve processes.
• Develop procedures and contribute to internal and client training.
