Planet is seeking a Payments Operations Support specialist to assist international clients with funding and charges queries. You will deliver professional service to internal and external customers, ensuring service delivery, quality control and compliance are maintained to high standards.

You will work across multiple IT platforms, respond to inquiries, and participate in 24/7 shift coverage as needed in a hybrid work model in Madrid office areas.

Formación

• Proficient spoken and written English. Greek is mandatory to be considered for this role (any other European Languages is plus).
• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented.
• Moderate-level Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing global company.
• Must display initiative and a common-sense approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to queries regarding transaction statuses and reprocessing requests.
• Manage customer and financial support across multiple IT platforms and external partners.
• Resolve issues by collaborating with colleagues and departments.
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive, team-focused manner.
• Support inbound and outbound calls; work 24/7 in shifts based on business needs.
