Formación

• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
• Previous experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous.
• Must display initiative and a common-sense approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to customer queries.
• Run all aspects of customer and financial support across various platforms.
• Resolve issues/queries by interacting with other colleagues/departments.
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive and team-focused manner.

Conocimientos

Proficient spoken and written English

B2 Level of German

Excellent communication skills

Good analytical and numerical skills

Moderate-level Microsoft Excel
