Planet is a leading technology company in Madrid, seeking a Payments Operations Support to assist international clients with funding and charges queries. You will deliver timely service ensuring SLA compliance while handling transactions across multiple IT platforms and internal/external partners.

The role requires English proficiency and Greek language, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Formación

• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Greek language mandatory.
• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented.
• Moderate-level Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing global company.
• Must display initiative and a common-sense approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service, by responding quickly to customer queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses, transaction reprocessing requests, report generations in line with established SLA's.
• Run all aspects of customer and financial support across a number of IT platforms, internal departments and external partners merchants.
• Resolve issues/queries by interacting and communicating with other colleagues/departments.
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive and team-focused manner.
• Any other such duties that may be required of you.
• Support Inbound & Outbound Calls
• You will work 24/7 in shift bases on business needs.
