Corpay Cross Borders is hiring a Client Support Executive in a permanent role, based in Madrid or Barcelona. You will focus on client support to assist the dealing team and customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth settlement of trades and reports.

The role requires accurate, analytical, collaborative, and resilient individuals who can work in a hybrid setup with office days. You will engage in payments, investigations, offsets, and compliance tasks while maintaining CRM

Formación

• Education: Degree in business administration, accounting, finance or economics.
• Background in an operations role; FX markets knowledge beneficial.
• Experience in a client support role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages valued.
• Good self-organization and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn quickly including complex technical terms.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with good Excel knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth client experience for trades settlement and issue resolution.
• Educate Corpay clients on processes to reduce future support needs.
• Support cash flow through timely collection of receivables (trades, deposits, losses).
• Monitor outstanding trades and provide wire instructions.
• Comply with GDPR and CASS obligations.
• Handle small complaints and escalate larger ones as needed.
• Promote the online platform to improve security and self-sufficiency.
• Maintain client records in CRM with accurate interactions and transactions.
• Support dealers and clients as first-hand contact; build client relationships.
