Planet is a leading technology company transforming payments by putting customer experience first. We offer integrated solutions across payment processing, VAT refunds, dynamic currency conversion, and management services for merchants worldwide.

You will join our Payments Operations Support team to assist international clients with funding and charges queries. Based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, the role covers delivering professional service, ensuring SLA adherence, and compliance.

Formación

• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Greek is mandatory to be considered for this role.
• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented.
• Moderate-level Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing global company.
• Must display initiative and a common-sense approach.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses and SLA-based reporting.
• Handle customer and financial support across multiple IT platforms and external partners.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with other colleagues and departments.
• Adapt to a fast-moving, proactive, team-oriented environment.
• Perform any other duties that may be required.
• Support inbound & outbound calls; work 24/7 in shifts as needed.
