Planet is seeking a Payments Operations Support to join our Payments Support team in Madrid. You will assist international clients with funding and charges queries, delivering timely service while upholding quality and compliance standards.

You will work across IT platforms and with internal departments and external partners, handling inquiries, processing reprocessing requests, and generating reports. The role requires flexibility to cover 24/7 shifts.

Formación

• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Moderate-level Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing global company.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service, responding quickly to queries with accurate information on transaction statuses and reports.
• Handle funding and charges queries across IT platforms, internal departments, and external partners.
• Resolve issues by communicating with colleagues and departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Support inbound and outbound calls and manage inquiries as part of a 24/7 shift-based schedule.
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive and team-focused manner.
