Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking a driven sales professional to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription closure. The role features a hybrid work model, native or bilingual English, and a commission-based growth path in a dynamic e-commerce tech environment.

You will conduct client meetings, manage trials, and hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.

Formación

• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Madrid, Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Meet daily call targets and KPIs related to calls, demos, trials, and MRR.
