Job summary

Global People Sphere is hiring an English-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to join a fast-growing SaaS company. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting English-speaking businesses.

This hybrid role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped monthly commissions and a clear path for advancement. Onboarding is supported, with a target of €600 monthly commissions and multipliers for over-achievement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language required.
• Experience in B2B sales, Account Executive or SaaS sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams.
