Career Nest Academy is seeking a native or bilingual English-speaking sales professional in Madrid for a hybrid role. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to subscription, with a base salary and uncapped commissions.

Onboarding includes comprehensive training, and relocation is not offered. The position requires 1–6 years of BDR/ SDR outbound experience, strong cold-calling skills, and availability aligned with US time zones.

Formación

• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR/ SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
• Work towards ramp-up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%.
