The Career Nest in Madrid, Spain is seeking a hybrid Sales role focused on managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close for our e-commerce search technology client. Native or bilingual English is required, with 1–6 years of outbound sales experience and strong KPI orientation.

The position offers a base salary of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus uncapped commissions, with a comprehensive ramp-up and travel-once-a-month after onboarding.

Formación

• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound prospecting).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Achieve daily call volume targets and KPIs for calls, demos, trials, and MRR.
