The Career Nest in Madrid is hiring a results‑driven salesperson to own the full sales cycle from contact to subscription close. This hybrid role requires native English and sales experience, with on-site training in Madrid and ongoing inbound/outbound prospecting to hit aggressive KPIs. Base salary is 30,000 EUR gross per year with uncapped commissions.

Initial training lasts about 4 weeks on-site in Madrid. After ramp-up, travel and occasional on-site presence may be required.

Formación

• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Madrid, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle 80–100 calls per day.
• Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and MRR generated.
• Follow ramp-up targets M0–M4.
