Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking a dynamic sales professional to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close. You will conduct client meetings, manage free trials, and hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.

The role requires native/bilingual English, 1–6 years of outbound selling, and a strong comfort with cold-calling. Hybrid work and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR/SDR/outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Madrid, Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80–100 per day.
• Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
• Work towards ramp-up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%.
