The Career Nest in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to subscription closure. This hybrid role requires native or bilingual English and 1–6 years of commercial experience, with onboarding aligned to US time zones.

You will participate in a 4-week training, receive 22 days of annual leave, and enjoy uncapped commissions on top of a 30,000 EUR base salary.

Formación

• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Meet daily call targets and KPI metrics.
