Job summary

Fh Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking an English-speaking Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle for our SaaS solutions. You’ll manage inbound and outbound opportunities, build relationships with business clients, and present tailored demonstrations to close deals in the English market.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, onboarding and ongoing coaching, and a transparent path for progression, including additional senior roles with higher base salaries.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English required.
• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage full sales cycles and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams.
