GMV Spain is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process in Spain within a mission-driven People team. You will ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations, handle onboarding/offboarding, payroll calculations, and respond to employee payroll questions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will work in a hybrid model with flexible schedules, and opportunities for relocation if needed. The role requires 3+ years in payroll, knowledge of S.S.

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll management experience in multinational companies or large workforces.
• Knowledge of the General Social Security Regime and Special Regimes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience with payroll management software and systems such as A3, Social Security systems, RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@, DELTA, tax settlements, personal income tax (IRPF).
• A high level of English (B2 or higher) will be highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Management of the full payroll process.
• Employment law advisory related to payroll, withholdings, leave, etc.
• Processing Social Security transactions through the RED System: registrations, deregistrations, etc.
• Drafting and management of employment contracts, management of sick leave (IT), contract changes, etc.
• Interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and advising employees, including resolution of queries.
• Management of employee benefits through payroll.
