GMV Spain is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process in Spain within a mission-driven People team. You will ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations, handle onboarding/offboarding, payroll calculations, and respond to employee payroll questions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will work in a hybrid model with flexible schedules, and opportunities for relocation if needed. The role requires 3+ years in payroll, knowledge of S.S.

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll management experience in multinational companies or large workforces.
• Knowledge of the General Social Security Regime and Special Regimes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience with payroll management software and systems such as A3, Social Security systems, RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@, DELTA, tax settlements, personal income tax (IRPF).
• A high level of English (B2 or higher) will be highly valued.

Responsabilidades

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring compliance with all tax and legal regulations. Your responsibilities will include, among others, onboarding and offboarding new employees, payroll calculation and preparation, management of withholdings and wage garnishments, and responding to employee queries related to their payroll.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Management of the full payroll process
• Employment law advisory related to payroll, withholdings, leave, etc.
• Processing Social Security transactions through the RED System: registrations, deregistrations, etc.
• Drafting and management of employment contracts, management of sick leave (IT), contract changes, etc.
• Interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and advising employees, including resolution of queries
• Management of employee benefits through payroll

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with a master’s degree in Labour Relations or similar, and experience in multinational companies with a high volume of employees. The main requirements are:

• More than 3 years of experience in payroll management in multinational companies or companies with a large workforce
• Knowledge of the General Social Security Regime and Special Regimes
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven experience with payroll management software and systems such as A3, Social Security systems, RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@, DELTA, tax settlements, personal income tax (IRPF), etc.
• A high level of English (B2 or higher) will be highly valued
